Claire Sofield is sales director and co-owner of specialist recruitment company – Four Recruitment and  chair of future pro-manchester

Claire established Four in 2008 at the age of just 25 alongside her brother Phil, and during this time the business has enjoyed great success including several high-profile awards. Claire has also been a successful winner of the Made in Manchester Awards, winning ‘Business Development Professional of the year’ in 2016.

In addition to her role at Four and future pro-manchester, Claire is a mentor for NatWest’s Entrepreneurial Spark programme, working with budding entrepreneurs of the future.
