Apprenticeship of the Year

This category is aimed at an outstanding individual who has is currently serving or has completed an apprenticeship in the last year and has demonstrated an ability to go above and beyond their job role to have a positive impact on their business.

Applicants should provide evidence of the following:

• Demonstrate their contribution to the business they have joined.
• Demonstrate that the ability to get the most out of their apprenticeship whilst seeking personal and professional development.
• Demonstrate the impact your apprenticeship has had on the business you work for.
• Demonstrate your willingness to work outside of work hours to complete any accreditations or work that you need to qualify from your apprenticeship.
